I combine traditional training with holistic tools to help you get to the root of what’s going on in your body. I’ve been where you are, and I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, empowered, and genuinely better—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Whether you're doing deep emotional work in therapy, exploring self-love and confidence through matchmaking, or simply looking for a more natural way to feel better—Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) can help.
You don’t have to be in therapy to benefit from this work... but, if you are, NRT beautifully complements the inner work you’re already doing by supporting your body’s physical healing and balance.
What is NRT?
Nutrition Response Testing is a gentle, non-invasive method that uses muscle testing to uncover what’s stressing your body—nutritional deficiencies, toxins, immune challenges, or hormonal imbalances. From there, we create a customized wellness plan using whole-food supplements and simple shifts to help your body heal naturally.
